Performance Classes



Our Peformance classes are a great mixture of Strength, Cardio and gymnastic based training and are great for all different goals and fitness levels.

Our Performance program is designed to make you an all round better version of yourself. Classes go for 60 mins and always have an experienced coach there to guide you through every step of the way.

Whether your a beginner or experienced in the gym our classes cater to all of your needs.

If you like high intensity cardio style training then this is the class for you. This high heart rate class will have you smashing all your endurance goals
